Riverfront Landing Park Water St. This "vestpocket" park is located on the River in downtown Toms River admidst a beautiful and tranquil environment.  For those employed in and around Toms River, a picnic at this meticulously manicured park overlooking the Toms River is a great lunchtime alternative.
